Tucker Kraft and Michael Mayer Secure Contract Extensions, Enter Ranks of Highest-Paid Tight Ends
The Green Bay Packers and tight end Tucker Kraft finalized a contract extension just before the 2026 season, worth four years and $75 million, making him the NFL’s third-highest-paid tight end at an average of $18.75 million annually. The deal may reach $92 million with incentives and includes a $26.5 million signing bonus. Despite a torn ACL cutting his 2025 season short, Kraft excelled with 707 receiving yards and seven touchdowns in 2024. His performance places him among top tight ends like Gronkowski and Andrews. The Packers have also invested in other young players, signaling their Super Bowl aspirations.
