Justin Tucker, Signed by Chiefs After NFL Hiatus Due to Sexual Misconduct Allegations
The Kansas City Chiefs have signed five-time All-Pro kicker Justin Tucker to their practice squad. Tucker, 37, was previously suspended for 10 games due to allegations of sexual misconduct involving 16 massage therapists, which he has denied as “unequivocally false.” He hasn’t played in the NFL since 2024 and was released by the Baltimore Ravens in 2025. The Chiefs plan to use Tucker as insurance for struggling kicker Harrison Butker, who has missed several field goals this season. Chiefs coach Andy Reid expressed optimism about the decision, emphasizing they conducted thorough vetting before signing Tucker.
