Chiefs Sign Tucker Amid Sexual Misconduct Allegations as Butker Faces Challenges
The Kansas City Chiefs are signing former Ravens kicker Justin Tucker to their practice squad after Harrison Butker’s lackluster performance this season. Tucker, once celebrated as one of the NFL’s best kickers, was released by Baltimore in May 2025 following a poor season and allegations of inappropriate behavior from multiple massage therapists. Tucker denied the accusations and received a 10-game NFL suspension for violating the league’s conduct policy. Meanwhile, Butker has missed five of 16 field goal attempts this season and faced controversy for remarks made during a commencement speech that criticized progressive issues.
