Cowboys Update: Adjustments to Caleb Downs’ Plan Ahead of Packers Game
Pettine’s potential staff role was discussed in winter, but he recently announced his retirement. After visiting the Cowboys in spring, he will now be in the coaches’ booth during games, while Parker stays on the sideline. Pettine expressed his eagerness to contribute, stating he feels overwhelmed by the amount of film to review but is focused on supporting Parker, head coach Schottenheimer, and the defensive staff. He aims to quickly acclimate and provide assistance as needed.
