Maxx Crosby’s knee injury makes him unlikely to play against Chiefs
Maxx Crosby, defensive end for the Raiders, is doubtful for the upcoming game against the Kansas City Chiefs due to a knee injury. It’s uncertain if he will be able to play, potentially leaving Las Vegas without its top defensive player against Patrick Mahomes. Crosby is tied for fifth in the NFL with 10 1/2 sacks. The Raiders also have other injury concerns, while the Chiefs will be without wide receiver Mecole Hardman and running back Jerick McKinnon. The Raiders returned to practice on Friday after taking Thanksgiving off. Raiders interim coach Antonio Pierce emphasized the importance of taking care of players such as Crosby who play every snap.
