Cowboys’ Brian Schottenheimer Reacts to Stephen Jones’ Display of Support
Following the Dallas Cowboys’ 23-13 loss to the Green Bay Packers, executive vice president Stephen Jones expressed confidence in head coach Brian Schottenheimer, despite the team’s 2-4 record. Schottenheimer acknowledged the disappointing performance, including quarterback Dak Prescott’s four interceptions in recent games, while emphasizing the need for improvement. He stated, “We’ve got to play better. We’ve got to coach better,” as the team prepares for their upcoming game against the 2-4 Philadelphia Eagles. He also noted the players’ frustrations, saying, “We’re ready for a win,” as speculation about his job security looms.
