Patriots Place Veteran WR Mack Hollins on Injured Reserve Due to Calf Injury
Veteran wide receiver Mack Hollins of the New England Patriots has been placed on injured reserve due to a calf injury sustained in the third quarter of a recent game against the Buffalo Bills. Hollins, who led the team with 15 receptions and 209 yards, joins fellow veteran Reggie Gilliam on IR, marking the 19th player the Patriots have placed there this season. With A.J. Brown also sidelined, the Patriots will field only four receivers in their upcoming game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Additionally, cornerback Kindle Vildor has been signed to the active roster to address cornerback shortages.
