Tom Brady Reflects on His Career’s Most Heartbreaking Moment: ‘The Worst Thing I Could Have Ever Imagined’
Tom Brady recently reflected on the controversial suspension of NFL referees during his #AskTom segment. When asked about the worst thing he heard from a ref, he recalled the infamous call confirming David Tyree’s catch in Super Bowl XLII, which marked a painful loss for Brady and the Patriots. He lamented that Tyree, covered by top defender Rodney Harrison, made an improbable catch against his helmet. Brady also shared insights on his broadcasting challenges, the art of trash talk, and praised Patrick Mahomes’ pocket navigation, emphasizing the importance of timing over escapability in quarterback play.
