Former Cardinals Head Coach and Titans Assistant Dave McGinnis Passes Away

Dave McGinnis, former Arizona Cardinals head coach and Tennessee Titans assistant, passed away at 74 due to an illness. The Titans announced his death, citing a hospitalization that began in March. Respected in the NFL, he coached for three decades, starting with the Chicago Bears, where he mentored Hall of Famer Mike Singletary. He later became the Cardinals’ defensive coordinator and head coach from 2000 to 2003. After a stint with the Titans, he transitioned to broadcasting in 2017.
