NFC No. 1 seed race is wide open: Rams lead, but six teams in striking distance

Race for NFC No. 1 seed is competitive: Rams ahead, with six teams close behind

The 2025 NFL season is top-heavy, with 19 of the league’s 32 teams still in Super Bowl contention. In the NFC, nine teams are alive, with six having a shot at the conference’s top seed. Standings are tight, with just one game separating the current No. 1 seed and the No. 6 seed. The Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks have the top odds to win the NFC, followed by the Philadelphia Eagles. Remaining schedules show tough matchups for contenders, with the Eagles having the easiest road. Los Angeles and Green Bay have inside tracks to the top seed due to their records and easier schedules post-Week 16.
