Teddy Bridgewater leads his alma mater to Florida high school state championship in 1st season as coach
Teddy Bridgewater’s best NFL season was in 2020 with the Carolina Panthers, passing for 3,733 yards and 15 touchdowns. He recently won a Florida high school state championship as a head coach for Miami Northwestern, leading the team to a 41-0 victory in the Class 3A state championship game. The Bulls finished 12-2, winning their first state title since 2019. Bridgewater worked with the team since February, helping them improve from a 4-6 season. After retiring from the NFL in February, Bridgewater expressed interest in returning to the league, but did not comment on his future plans following the championship win.
