Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown of the Chiefs is unlikely to play in the season opener against the Ravens.
In the 2024 regular season opener, the Baltimore Ravens will face the Kansas City Chiefs without wide receiver Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown, who is unlikely to play due to a shoulder injury. Brown, a former first-round pick, had his most productive season in 2021 but was traded to the Arizona Cardinals in 2022. In return, the Ravens received Iowa center Tyler Linderbaum, who became a Pro Bowl player. Despite Brown’s absence, the Chiefs have added new weapons to their offense, including Xavier Worthy and JuJu Smith-Schuster. Overall, the Chiefs’ offense remains potent with or without Brown.
