Marquise Brown, Chiefs wide receiver, could be sidelined for Week 1 against Ravens following preseason injury
Marquise “Hollywood” Brown, former Ravens wide receiver, suffered a sternoclavicular shoulder joint dislocation in the Kansas City Chiefs’ preseason opener. He was taken to the hospital for examination. Coach Andy Reid stated that Brown has a similar injury to Tyreek Hill, who missed four weeks in 2019 with the same issue. It is unlikely that Brown will be ready for the NFL season kickoff game on September 5. Former Arrowhead Pride’s injury expert provided a detailed analysis of Hill’s injury. Brown is expected to miss some time, with a rough estimate of four weeks for recovery.
