Which 2023 NFC playoff teams will miss out on the playoffs this season?
The NFL playoffs have seen a lot of turnover since the introduction of the 14-team format in 2021. On average, six new teams make the playoffs each year. This means that about half of the teams that made the playoffs in 2023 are likely to miss out in 2024. Last season, three NFC playoff teams changed compared to 2022, with the Lions, Rams, and Packers making it after missing out the previous year. The 49ers, Cowboys, Eagles, and Buccaneers repeated as playoff participants. It is expected that some of last year’s playoff teams will stumble in 2024. Fans are asked to vote on which NFC playoff participant from 2023 they think will miss the playoffs in 2024.
