Wes Welker Reveals Disappointment in Missing Tom Brady’s Roast
Wes Welker, a former wide receiver who played with Tom Brady for the New England Patriots, did not attend Brady’s roast due to not wanting to hear potential jokes made at his expense. Despite catching 34 touchdowns from Brady, he was not asked to be a presenter at the event. Welker expressed disappointment in the direction of the roast, as did Brady who didn’t like how it affected his children. Welker played for the Patriots from 2007 to 2012 and also had stints with other teams. Brady stated he will not do another roast in the future.
