Browns QB Watson throws every other day in rehab

Browns quarterback Watson rehabbing with alternate day throwing schedule

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is making progress in his rehab from shoulder surgery, with coach Kevin Stefanski saying he looks like himself. Watson has been throwing every other day and participated in individual and team drills during OTA practice. Despite not throwing during the media session, Watson is on track to be ready for the start of the 2024 season. Backup quarterbacks Jameis Winston and Tyler Huntley took most of the reps in team drills in Watson’s absence. Dorian Thompson-Robinson, who is recovering from a hip injury, was present but did not participate. Watson had surgery in November for a shoulder fracture that limited him to six games in 2023.
