Cardinals Enhance State Farm Stadium with luxury casitas featuring rooftop decks and ‘front yards’
The Arizona Cardinals are renovating their State Farm Stadium to include new state-of-the-art seating options starting in 2024. The highlight of the $15 million renovation includes 10 custom-built “casitas” inspired by Spanish small houses, located just feet from the south end zone. These casitas will feature private two-level cottages, rooftop decks, and front yards overlooking the field. Additionally, a new Casita Garden Club will offer all-inclusive food and beverage with access to watch the game from a recreated outdoor garden patio. The stadium will also introduce field and tunnel suites, new leather seats, and field boxes to provide fans with a closer view of the action.
