Dallas Cowboys continuously reject Dan Quinn’s attempts to hire their employees
Dan Quinn left the Dallas Cowboys to become the head coach of the Washington Commanders, and has attempted to take some of the Cowboys coaching staff with him. Joe Whitt Jr. followed Quinn to Washington. The Cowboys denied Washington’s request to interview tight ends coach Lunda Wells and defensive backs coach Al Harris, but did allow them to speak with two other coaches. Al Harris has been instrumental in the improvement of the Cowboys’ secondary, and there is speculation that Dan Quinn intended to take multiple Cowboys staffers with him to the Commanders.
