Wayne Rooney Assumes Role as Manager for Birmingham City: Former D.C. United Head, Legendary Man United Player Signs 3.5-Year Contract

Wayne Rooney, former England and Manchester United player, has been appointed as the new manager of Birmingham City. He has signed a three-and-a-half year deal with the club.
