Ravens of Baltimore engage in training session with a left-footed punter
The Baltimore Ravens worked out left-footed punter Luke Elzinga, formerly with the Tennessee Titans, to give rookie returner LaJohntay Wester practice against a left-footed punter in preparation for their upcoming game against the Cleveland Browns. This move has nothing to do with Jordan Stout, who is excelling in his contract year for the Ravens. In their previous matchup, Wester struggled to return punts from the Browns’ left-footed punter Corey Boroquez, but managed to gain good field position on one return. Elzinga’s tryout aims to help Wester prepare for potential lengthy returns in the upcoming game.
