The Chargers introduce two fresh alternate uniforms
The Los Angeles Chargers unveiled two new alternate uniforms – “Charger Power” and “Super Chargers.” The all-gold Charger Power uniforms will debut in Week 7 against the Indianapolis Colts and the all-navy Super Chargers threads will debut in Week 8 against the Minnesota Vikings. The Chargers also announced the addition of powder blue pants to their uniform options. The gold design honors former coach Don Coryell’s “Air Coryell” offensive scheme, while the navy design is a modern throwback.
