Cards’ Mike LaFleur Hopeful for Jeremiyah Love’s Week 1 Participation
Cardinals coach Mike LaFleur expressed optimism about first-round pick Jeremiyah Love’s potential return for Sunday’s game against the Chargers, following a high ankle sprain suffered in August. LaFleur noted that Love was “moving around” during Monday’s walk-through and is showing progress. Love, drafted third overall from Notre Dame, has not practiced since his injury during the preseason against the Raiders.
