NFL Unveils Dates and Details for 2027 Draft at Washington, D.C.’s National Mall
The NFL has announced that the 2027 NFL Draft will take place in Washington, D.C., from April 29 to May 1. Initially proposed by President Trump in 2025, the event will feature a draft theater on the National Mall, with activities spanning Pennsylvania Avenue. Fans can enjoy various free activities, including interactive games and exhibits with the Vince Lombardi Trophy. This year’s draft in Pittsburgh drew a record 805,000 attendees, while over 600,000 attended the 2025 event in Green Bay. The last draft in Washington was in 1941, prior to relocations that began in 2015.
