Sources: Broncos’ Bo Nix Undergoes Second Ankle Surgery
Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix underwent a second procedure on his surgically repaired right ankle, but he is expected to be ready for training camp, although his participation in the offseason program may be limited. Nix initially fractured his ankle during a playoff game in January and had surgery shortly after. Coach Sean Payton and General Manager George Paton have expressed optimism about his recovery. Nix, 26, has been rehabbing daily and has a history of ankle surgeries. Since being drafted 12th overall in 2024, Nix has led the Broncos to a 24-10 record in his starts, making the playoffs twice.
