Will Cowboys LT Tyler Guyton be over knee scare for Week 1?

Is Cowboys LT Tyler Guyton Expected to Return from Knee Injury for Week 1?

NFL reporter Todd Archer from ESPN covers the Dallas Cowboys and recently reported on Tyler Guyton, the team’s left tackle. Guyton feared a season-ending ACL injury after a collision during training camp, but an MRI revealed a broken bone instead. While unsure about playing in the season opener, Guyton is relieved to have avoided a major injury. The Cowboys will also be selecting season-long captains for the first time under new head coach Brian Schottenheimer, with quarterback Dak Prescott likely to be one of them. Archer also explained some of his difficult decisions in final roster projections, including choosing veteran Miles Sanders over rookie Phil Mafah.
