Commanders’ managing partner Josh Harris buys 1-of-1 Jayden Daniels rookie card for $500,000

Josh Harris, managing partner of the Commanders, purchases unique Jayden Daniels rookie card for half a million dollars

During Fanatics Fest 2025, Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin asked the crowd who had the most expensive rookie card of Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels. Josh Roth owned Daniels’ rare 1-of-1 card and initially asked for $2 million. Reddit founder Alex Ohanian had put a $250,000 bounty on the card before it was graded, and eventually Roth sold it to Commanders managing partner Josh Harris for $500,000. This was the highest price ever paid for a Daniels card. Harris plans to display the card in Northwest Stadium, the Commanders’ home. Daniels had a successful first NFL season, leading Washington to the NFC Championship game and winning AP Offensive Rookie of the Year.
