Ben Roethlisberger makes a significant request to Aaron Rodgers during Steelers’ spring training sessions
As of May 14, Aaron Rodgers had not signed a contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers for the 2025 season. Ben Roethlisberger explained on his podcast why he thinks Rodgers should start working with the Steelers coaching staff sooner rather than later to build chemistry with the team. The two sides reportedly have an agreement, but Roethlisberger believes it would benefit everyone to have Rodgers on the field before minicamp in June. Currently, Mason Rudolph is set to be the Steelers’ starting quarterback. Speculation suggests Rodgers is dealing with personal issues, delaying his signing. The Steelers may need to consider other options if Rodgers doesn’t join the team before training camp in July.
