Sources confirm Smith-Schuster’s return to Chiefs
Wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has signed a one-year deal with the Kansas City Chiefs after previously playing for the team in the 2024 season. He had a standout performance in a Monday Night Football game against the New Orleans Saints, catching 7 passes for 130 yards. Smith-Schuster was part of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl championship team in 2022 before leaving as a free agent to join the New England Patriots. After a season with the Patriots, he was released during training camp last year. Smith-Schuster had a successful stint with the Pittsburgh Steelers before joining the Chiefs, totaling 448 catches for 5,279 yards and 33 touchdowns in his eight NFL seasons.
