John Morton, Lions Offensive Coordinator, Plans to Base Offense around Jared Goff
The Detroit Lions have hired John Morton to replace offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, who they did not promote from within. Morton has worked with quarterback Jared Goff before and is familiar with the team’s offensive scheme. He believes that the offense he will put together will continue the vision that has been in place, as it is centered around the quarterback.
