Seahawks place RT Fant on Injured Reserve following knee injury
The Seattle Seahawks placed starting right tackle George Fant on injured reserve due to a knee injury, forcing him to miss at least the next four games. Stone Forsythe, a 2021 sixth-round pick, will fill in for Fant. The team is also without tackle Abe Lucas, who remains on the physically unable to perform list. To bolster their depth, the Seahawks signed McClendon Curtis off the practice squad. Despite a rough start to the season, coach Mike Macdonald expressed confidence in the team’s ability to perform well in upcoming games. Running back Ken Walker III is expected to return in Week 4.
