Saints’ ex-General Manager to rejoin team’s front office
Randy Mueller is returning to the New Orleans Saints after more than two decades, joining as a full-time advisor in the team’s front office. Mueller was previously the Saints’ general manager for the 2000 and 2001 seasons, earning Executive of the Year honors in his debut year. He has since held GM roles with the Dolphins and worked in the front office for the Chargers. Mueller’s return to the Saints will see him assisting the pro and college scouting departments, along with two other ex-GMs. This move marks his return to the NFL after his recent stint in the XFL.
