“Marcedes Lewis Scheduled to Meet with Bears on Monday, According to Report”
Free agent tight end Marcedes Lewis is set to meet with the Chicago Bears with the intention of re-signing with the team for his 19th season in the NFL. Lewis, who ranked fifth in run-blocking and received a 77.1 grade from Pro Football Focus last season, would join tight ends Cole Kmet and Gerald Everett in Chicago. The 40-year-old signed a one-year deal with the Bears in 2023 and reuniting with his former offensive coordinator. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, according to Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer.
