Cardinals rookie Marvin Harrison Jr. being sued by Fanatics

Fanatics lawsuit against Cardinals rookie Marvin Harrison Jr.

Fanatics has filed a lawsuit against Arizona Cardinals rookie receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., claiming breach of contract and potential damages in millions of dollars. Harrison, who was a star receiver at Ohio State, signed the deal in 2023 before being selected by the Cardinals in the NFL draft. The contract, worth at least $1 million, included autographs, signed trading cards, and other marketing opportunities. Harrison denies the existence of the contract and is represented by his father, Hall of Fame receiver Marvin Harrison. He has yet to sign the NFL Players Association’s group licensing agreement. The Cardinals have declined to comment on the lawsuit.
