Former Eagles WR to sign with NFC East rival

Ex-Eagles Wide Receiver Set to Join NFC East Team

Olamide Zaccheaus, a veteran wide receiver, has signed a contract with the Commanders in the NFC East after spending a year with the Philadelphia Eagles. Zaccheaus previously played with the Atlanta Falcons, where he had a breakout 2022 season with 40 receptions for 533 yards and three touchdowns. In Washington, he is expected to take on the WR3 role behind Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson, with some competition from Dyami Brown and Jamison Crowder. With Curtis Samuel not returning, there may be more opportunities for Zaccheaus to contribute in the upcoming season under head coach Dan Quinn.
