Jets add another big-time WR for Aaron Rodgers

Jets sign top wide receiver to further strengthen offensive lineup for Aaron Rodgers

The New York Jets have signed veteran wide receiver Mike Williams to a one-year contract worth up to $15 million. Williams, who was released from the Los Angeles Chargers, is a bit of a gamble for the Jets due to a recent torn ACL injury and age. However, when healthy, Williams has been a productive player with two 1,000-yard seasons. He joins an offense that already includes Garrett Wilson, Xavier Gipson, and Allen Lazard, with Aaron Rodgers set to return after a disappointing 2023 season. The Jets also added offensive linemen to address previous issues in hopes of improving their performance.
