Former wrestler Steve McMichael hospitalized on Thursday
Former Bears defensive tackle Steve McMichael has been hospitalized and diagnosed with a urinary tract infection. His family announced the development and asked for prayers for his recovery. McMichael was recently announced as a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and had a successful 15-year career in the NFL, primarily with the Bears. He was part of the legendary 1985 Bears defense that won Super Bowl XX and led the team in sacks in 1988. McMichael was also diagnosed with ALS in 2021.
