Luke Getsy anticipated to be appointed by Raiders as new Offensive Coordinator
The Oakland Raiders were on the hunt for a new offensive coordinator following Kliff Kingsbury’s decision to not accept the job. They now seem to be zeroing in on Luke Getsy who was recently fired as the Bears OC. Several other Raiders targets took OC jobs elsewhere, leaving Getsy as a front runner. Although he faced criticism during his time as Aaron Rodgers’ position coach, he managed to bring a lot of success to the Bears. Assuming the Getsy-Raiders partnership becomes official, the Raiders will be adding an experienced offensive mind to their team, which faces a quarterback question in the upcoming season.
