Report: Browns seeking to hire Alabama assistant coach to aid in passing game development

The Cleveland Browns have made changes to their coaching staff and are reportedly looking to hire Alabama offensive coordinator Tommy Rees as their new tight ends coach. Rees is expected to help develop the team’s passing game, and he previously worked as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for Notre Dame. The Browns are looking to improve their passing offense, as starting quarterback Deshaun Watson played in just six games last season. Backup quarterback Joe Flacco stepped in and performed well, but the team is still seeking to make adjustments to their offense.
