Brock Purdy, 49ers’ Quarterback, Returns to Full Practice, May Play on Sunday After Concussion
San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy could potentially play this weekend against the Cincinnati Bengals after being a full participant in practice on Friday. However, he still needs to clear a final step on Saturday to be able to play on Sunday. Purdy suffered a concussion during Monday night’s game and has been going through the necessary protocol. If he is unable to play, Sam Darnold will be the starting quarterback. Additionally, left tackle Trent Williams returned to practice on a limited basis and is also questionable to play due to an ankle injury.
