Texans Left Guard Green to Miss Indefinite Time Due to Knee Injury
Houston Texans left guard Kendrick Green has suffered a torn meniscus in his right knee and will be out indefinitely, according to sources. Green was acquired in a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers after the team’s 2022 first-round pick left guard, Kenyon Green, suffered a season-ending shoulder injury. Green had started three games for the Texans and will likely be replaced by tackle Josh Jones or center Jarrett Patterson once they recover from injuries. Green’s absence adds to a growing list of injuries on the Texans’ offensive line, including left tackle Laremy Tunsil.
