Sergio Brown, Former N.F.L. Player, Reportedly Missing Following His Mother’s Tragic Death
Former NFL player Sergio Brown has been sought by the Illinois police after his mother, Myrtle Brown, was found dead near a creek behind her home. The Maywood Police Department received a missing persons report from the family after they were unable to contact either of them. Myrtle Brown’s death has been ruled a homicide due to multiple injuries from an assault. Sergio Brown remains missing and there are no new leads on his whereabouts. The police had been called to the Brown residence in the past. Sergio Brown played for various NFL teams before retiring in 2016.
