Aaron Rodgers Mocks Jihad Ward and Renames Shared Stadium ‘JetLife Stadium’ during ‘Hard Knocks’ Show

Green Bay Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers made a fiery appearance on Episode 4 of “Hard Knocks,” HBO and NFL Films’ training camp series. In the episode, Rodgers engaged in a heated exchange with New York Giants pass rusher Jihad Ward and had some profane remarks for his friend and teammate Randall Cobb. He also jokingly referred to MetLife Stadium as “JetLife Stadium” after the Jets’ victory over the Giants in their preseason finale. Rodgers discussed his beard trim preferences, responded to a conspiracy theory about wireless headphones, and reiterated that he has no plans for retirement. The season finale of “Hard Knocks” featuring Rodgers and the Jets will air on Sept. 5.
