Patriots’ Drake Maye Discusses How He Managed Criticism During Early Season Challenges
New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye struggled early in the season with poor performances and seven turnovers. However, he bounced back with two consecutive wins, including a standout game where he accounted for five touchdowns in a 45-17 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders. In a WEEI interview, Maye emphasized the importance of self-confidence, hard work, and valuing trusted opinions during tough times. With Maye regaining form, the Patriots, now at 3-2, are positioned for a potential postseason run. They will next face the 2-3 New York Jets, with the Patriots favored by 7.5 points.
