Bills’ Jim Leonhard Responds to Dee Alford’s Controversial Remarks About Highmark Stadium
After the Buffalo Bills’ 29-26 loss to the New England Patriots, cornerback Dee Alford noted that crowd noise at Highmark Stadium hindered defensive communication. Defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard strongly disagreed with blaming the fans, stating, “If we complain about that, we are a——-.” He urged the team to turn their home field into a major advantage, emphasizing that it often poses more challenges for the opposing offense. Despite the defense’s struggles, ranking 27th in yards allowed and 25th in points conceded, Leonhard remains optimistic about the fan support as they prepare for an upcoming game against the Los Angeles Rams.
