Ravens Reunite with David Sharpe to Strengthen Offensive Tackle Depth
The Baltimore Ravens enhanced their offensive tackle roster by re-signing veteran David Sharpe. With starting right tackle Roger Rosengarten sidelined for upcoming preseason games, second-year UDFA Gerad Lichtenhan played extensively, impressively allowing no pressures and earning a strong performance grade. However, the heavy workload raises injury concerns, as there is no backup right tackle on the roster. Sharpe, who has prior experience with the Ravens, can step in immediately. In conjunction with this signing, the Ravens waived safety Jahquez Robinson, who has been sidelined by injury.
