The Steelers Add DB Daryl Porter Jr. to Their Roster
The Steelers signed Daryl Porter Jr., son of former draft pick Daryl Porter Sr., who never played in a regular season game for the team. Porter Jr., a defensive back out of Miami, was waived by the Bills before training camp. The team waived tight end Kevin Foelsch to make room for him on the roster. Porter Jr. is looking to achieve what his father couldn’t in the NFL. His father played 55 games for the Lions, Bills, and Titans after being drafted in the sixth round by the Steelers in 1997.
