Sources: Kansas City Chiefs plan to activate Antonio Brown, barring any setbacks
The Kansas City Chiefs are set to activate wide receiver Hollywood Brown from injured reserve and play him in their upcoming game against the Houston Texans. Brown has been out of action since sustaining a sternoclavicular injury during preseason but has now returned to practice. Chiefs coach Andy Reid indicated that Brown is likely to play on Saturday, praising his progress and running shape. Brown had a strong season with the Baltimore Ravens in 2021, catching 91 passes for over 1,000 yards and six touchdowns. The Chiefs made room for Brown on the roster by releasing running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire.
