NFL Investigating Pickens’ Inappropriate Eye Black Design
The NFL is reviewing the explicit message worn on the eye black of Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens during a recent game for a potential fine over a violation of the league’s uniform policy. The message read, “Open F—ing Always,” which goes against the league rule prohibiting players from displaying personal messages without approval.
