Cowboys All-Pro CB Bland (foot) out 6-8 weeks

Cowboys All-Pro Cornerback Bland to Miss 6-8 Weeks with Foot Injury

Dallas Cowboys All-Pro cornerback DaRon Bland will be out for six to eight weeks due to a stress fracture in his left foot. This injury will likely cost him the first five or six games of the season. However, Jerry Jones, the owner and general manager of the Cowboys, is optimistic that Bland will return in time for the crucial part of the season. The team will not be looking for cornerback help during the final roster cut down. With Bland out, the Cowboys will rely on Trevon Diggs and Jourdan Lewis in the cornerback position. Despite the setback, the team remains hopeful and confident in their roster depth.
