Justin Fields and DJ Moore were the stars of the game, connecting eight times for 230 yards and three touchdowns. Fields had four touchdown passes and 282 passing yards, while Moore had 137 receiving yards in the first half alone. The win was a much-needed relief for the Bears after a 14-game losing streak dating back to last season. The victory was also a fitting tribute to franchise great Dick Butkus, who passed away earlier that day.
